"February Weight Update"
First, I left my camera at work for the third time in two weeks. Does this indicate a sub-conscious lack of commitment to this second 365 project? Dunno, actually. I try not to apply my major in psychology too often
. After all, that was a long time ago.
I lost a whole pound in February. I am in maintenance mode this year, so the fact I actually lost a pound is a good sign, me thinks. Better yet, as of today I lost another pound in the first four days of March. Not sure how
that happened, but I'll take it.
So as of February 28th, I was at 207. Good job, slim!
So that is six pounds this year, and I am more about ongoing healty eating, rather than a concentrated effort on dieting. I think I have this new lifestyle regimen down.
