So Jr. took a trip out to Japan with my good friend Lorin, the crazy girl who should eventually have a bobblehead of herself one day.
Recently Lorin accomplished grinding out one chin-up before this business trip. She went on a strict diet to lose weight, worked hard two to three times a week on building muscles used during a pull up, and a stressful work period with tons of deadlines.
